Pat for Winlink in Linux

I had previously posted about using Winlink through Crossover and/or Wine. More recently, I decided to give Pat another try (https://getpat.io/), along with hamlib for rig control.

I'm happy to report that everything was simple to setup and run, and everything is working great. I'm still using VaraHF through Wine/Crossover for the modem, but everything else is native at this point. Setup went smoothly using the instructions that Pat provided, and I have nothing to add to them. I like the way Pat works, compared to the Windows client. Updating the RMS list is much faster, and sorting through by band is much easier. Performance is otherwise the same, including for filling out forms.
