JS8Call-improved

A new version of JS8Call has been released, named JS8Call-improved. You can get information and download links from js8call-improved.com. This version builds off the lastest work on JS8Call, vastly modifying the decoder backend to eliminate Fortran and replace it with C, for easier portability (especially to mobile platforms).

There is still some debate about what the "official" JS8Call fork/branch/version will be, but as JS8Call proper hasn't been updated in 6 years, I highly recommend supporting the "improved" fork.
