JS8Spotter Updated to v1.15

Version 1.15 of JS8Spotter has been released. I'm knocking the "b" off the version, as this is probably as "out of beta" as it's going to get with me HIHI. The changes for this version include:

• DB structure unchanged, DB updated NOT needed from 1.14
• Add copy button to manual expect send
• Added new forms feature, free-form prompts (Ron K7RIE)
• Added ability to include text at the end of forms (Stephen, KF4AM)
• Fixed a small bug in form responses import
• Added ability to process MCForms stored as a msg on 3rd party station
• Fixed mouse scrollwheel for MCForms view

Note About MCForms "prompts" Change

If you're paying close attention, you'll find that MCForms has been radically altered. Now users may create custom forms which include the ability to prompt the user for free-form input. This can be very powerful, and very dangerous at the same time. Remember as you create your forms, to leverage multiple-choice whenever possible, to keep your TX time low and benefit from JS8Call's weak signal / slow mode strength. Thanks to all those who helped with this change!
